The Mahoning Bar Association has asked for the immediate suspension of a local attorney Warren Bo Pritchard. The Bar Association says it has evidence that Austintown Trustee Pritchard engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud and deceit. Documents filed with the Ohio Supreme Court state that attorney Pritchard's actions adversely reflects on his fitness to practice law. The complaint states that Pritchard obtained new clients, obtained advanced legal fees, then performed minimal or no legal services, which in some cases resulted in a loss of legal rights. Pritchard is running for re-election for Austintown Trustee. We could not reach Pritchard for comment.
