A Youngstown man is in custody tonight accused of stabbing another man outside of a Hubbard bar. David Brannan is charged with felonious assault for allegedly stabbing Timothy Ward outside of Barkley's Bar. Brannan is being held on 50-thousand dollars bond. Ward was treated for his stab wound at Saint Elizabeth and released.
