Interstate 80 in Mercer county has been reopened following an early morning traffic accident between two tractor trailers Friday.

The road reopened at 2 p.m.

A multi-vehicle crash happened around 5:30 a.m. Friday between the Sharon and Mercer exits, causing the closure.

Motorists traveling along 80 were redirected to follow a detour from exit 4/SR 18 North to SR 62 North to SR 19 South to I-80/Exit 15.
