Youngstown man turns down plea agreement in fatal crash case

A Youngstown man will head to trial Monday for vehicular homicide after turning down a plea agreement.

Scott Johnson, 37, is accused of crashing his car into the side of a building on Robinson Road in July, killing his passenger, 52-year-old Robert Killing of North Jackson.

No details were available on the terms of the agreement that was offered to Johnson.

He will go to trial Monday on charges of aggravated vehicular assault and aggravated vehicular homicide.
