Charges filed in crash cover-up that left Mercer teacher paralyzed

More local news about a crash cover-up that left a Mercer County school teacher paralyzed.  Charges have been filed against three people believed to be involved in the accident.

Twenty-six-year old Lakeview High School basketball coach and teacher Bret Cox was left paralyzed following the crash that was first reported as a fall on icy steps back in February.

Twenty-seven-year old Jason Lane of Wilmington is charged with drinking and driving, reckless endangerment, obstruction of justice, tampering with evidence and several other violations.

Twenty-two-year old Seth Bolyard and Katey Huling are both charged with reckless endangering and obstruction of justice.
