
Lube Burger
Ingredients:
8 oz burger patty
Lube® Seasoning
Garlic buttered bun
1 oz Lube® Hot Sauce
2 slices Swiss American cheese
¼ cup sautéed mushrooms
2 slices crispy bacon
½ cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato slice
3 red onion rings
1 Lube® Bleu Cheese PC
Procedure:
Brush top of bun with garlic butter and toast top and bottom. Apply Lube® Seasoning to both sides of burger and cook to desired doneness (USDA recommends an internal temperature of 160 degrees). Top burger with Hot Sauce and shingle cheese to melt. Top cheese with mushrooms and crispy bacon. Build LTOP (lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickle) on the toasted bottom half of the bun. Place dressed burger on top of LTOP, cover with bun top.
