Youngstown man pleads guilty to vehicular homicide

A Youngstown man has changed his mind about a plea agreement on charges of vehicular homicide.

Scott Johnson, 37, plead guilty Tuesday to one count of aggravated vehicular homicide and one count of aggravated vehicular assault.

Last week, Johnson turned down a plea agreement and was set for his trial to begin this week before accepting the agreement.

Johnson was crashed his car into the side of a building on Robinson Road in July, killing his passenger, Robert Killing, 52, of North Jackson.
