Another elected official in the Valley changes her mind about resigning. But Carol Clemente Wagner is suing the city of Struthers to keep it from finding someone to replace her as Law Director.

Wagner claims she rescinded her resignation before Mayor Terry Stocker could appoint an acting Law Director.

Wagner's lawsuit cites a recent Appellate Court decision allowing Newton Falls Mayor Pat Layshock to rescind his resignation.

Judge Scott Krichbaum will decide the case.
