LIBERTY, Ohio- A Liberty business owner pleaded not guilty Tuesday to gun and drug charges.

Troy Kessler, 28, was arrested Thursday after police were called to his Bad Boys Toys motorcycle shop in response to reports of gunfire.

When officers arrived, the doors were locked and they gained entry by kicking in the back door.

Inside, they found three people.

None were injured, but police said they found suspected crack cocaine, a tech-9 assault weapon and another gun that police said was stolen from Sharon.

Kessler is charged with felony drug possession, obstructing official business, having weapons under disability and possession of drug paraphernalia.
