AUSTINTOWN, Ohio - The owner of an Austintown night spot wants to make lap-dancing a constitutional issue.
Go Go Lounge owner Sebastian Rucci is asking a Federal judge to reconsider an earlier decision not to hear his civil rights suit against Austintown and Mahoning County.
A County Grand Jury indicted Rucci and five Go Go employees for corruption, money laundering and promoting prostitution at the club.
Rucci wants to revive his civil suit, saying in court motions that lap dances that were permitted for more two decades are now a crime at the Go-Go.
No decision has been made in the case.
