A teenager is killed after losing control of his vehicle in Mercer County.

It happened on Lake Wilhelm road just after midnight Monday morning. 

18-year-old William Bly, of Sandy Lake, was traveling at a high rate of speed when his Ford Mustang Cobra veered off the side of the road.

After trying to steer back onto the highway Bly's car went airborne, striking two trees.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.  Authorities say Bly was wearing his seatbelt.
