Howland Woman Struck and Killed was Intoxicated

A Howland woman killed by two hit and run drivers was legally drunk according to medical reports.

Tests on Ann DelVecchio's blood show it was three to four times the legal limit when she was run over April 8-th on Route 46 near her home.

However, the state highway patrol still says it wants to talk to drivers of the two cars that struck DelVecchio then left the scene.
