    A Warren man will spend the next two years in prison for sex crimes involving an 11-year-old victim. Joshua Rodgers, 33, was convicted on two counts of gross sexual imposition in Trumbull County Common Pleas court. Relatives of the victim tell 21 News they're happy with the sentencing outcome.     State Route 11 is getting a facelift in Columbiana County. The Ohio Department of Transportation began microsurfacing and chip sealing six miles of State Route 11 on Monday morning.  The area between Lisbon/SR 154 Exit and the Columbiana Leetonia/SR 558 Exit will be subject to the preservation treatments.  According to ODOT, microsurfacing and chip sealing treatments lower cost of road maintenance in the long term, allowing them to resurface more roads with the savings.

Workers have been preparing for the change by adjusting radio signals and redirecting cell towers.  The old non-emergency number, (330) 740-2370 is ineffective as of Monday morning.  Callers should now dial (330) 259-1731 if they want to reach the Mahoning County dispatch.     Two children were found safe Friday morning following an overnight search in Trumbull County.     A Youngstown man is scheduled to answer charges in court on Friday after a police raid turned up 32 bags of crack cocaine at his Norwood Avenue home. YPD's Vice Unit searching the home of 43-year-old Thomas Smith on Wednesday also turned up two baggies of marijuana, a marijuana grinder, a digital scale and more than $1,400.     Fire snarls traffic on I-680 in Boardman

    The Ohio State Highway Patrol says all three southbound lanes are open again on Interstate 680 in Boardman. Traffic was was temporarily shut down shortly after noon Thursday while fire crews worked to put out a fire in the cab of a tractor trailer. Fire crews first on the scene north of the Route 224 exit reported that the cab was fully engulfed in flames. The truck driver escaped unharmed according to the patrol. Troopers say the road was closed for about a half hour.
