HUBBARD, Ohio-A Trumbull County school tells its students to stay home after police are alerted about a neighborhood threat.
Hubbard police tell 21 News they received a call about a man who was threatening to harm himself with a gun in the area near Roosevelt Elementary school.
As a precaution the superintendent canceled classes at the school.
Police traced the phone call to a home near the school and set up a perimeter around the suspect's home.
He was later taken into custody by police and taken to a hospital for evaluation.
Nobody was injured.
