Youngstown man charged in connection with federal crackdown of motorcycle gang

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio- A Youngstown man is charged in a nationwide federal crackdown on a motorcycle gang.

Federal agents began rounding up 18 members of the Wheels of Soul Motorcycle club in several states including Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Forty-six-year old Frederick Morgan was arrested here on racketeering and kidnapping charges. The feds say Morgan is the motorcycle club's regional vice president.

A federal indictment alleges that early last year, Morgan kidnapped a member of a rival motorcycle club by holding him against his will at the Joker's Wrath Motorcycle Clubhouse on Market Street, threatening to kill the victim and members of his family.
