WARREN, Ohio - Early reports are coming into 21 News about an explosion at the Warren Steel Holdings plant on Mahoning Avenue.
Five people are injured, two seriously, after the explosion rocked the melt shop around 6:35 Thursday morning. One person was taken to the Akron burn unit.
OSHA will be on the scene to investigate.
