Car crashes into tree, kills driver in Southington

SOUTHINGTON, Ohio - A crash killed one person around 10:00 a.m. Wednesday morning on 422 in Southington.

Gary Gibson, Jr., 52, of Newton Falls, was killed when his car went off the road and hit a ditch, then a driveway culvert sending the car into a tree.

No one else was in the vehicle.  Police are still investigating the crash.
