Delivery drivers sue Hubbard company over overtime

HUBBARD, Ohio - A major snack food supplier in the Valley is being sued by its delivery drivers.

Thirty-six present and former drivers for Frito Lay's Hubbard distribution center filed a civil suit in federal court on Tuesday.

They claim that the company has been failing to pay them time and a half when they work more than 40 hours per week.
