YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Youngstown school officials have some tough decisions to make about the system's financial future.
The board of education learned that declining enrollment will cost the schools four million dollars in state funding.
As a result, on Friday the board withdrew its request for a levy renewal in next month's election.
School officials say they need time to revise their budget forecast before asking the public for support.
