YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Police have released the name of the city's latest homicide victim.
Police say 25-year-old Tito Haskins had been reportedly looking for a female acquaintance in the 500 block of East Boston Avenue early Wednesday morning.
Neighbors reported hearing a gunshot around 2:50 a.m.
Haskins' body was discovered on a side porch when a homeowner got up to go to work. He had been shot in the head.
