9:14 a.m. TRAFFIC ALERT: The Summer Garden Foods tour is expected to start soon. In preparation, police have closed McClurg Road in Boardman, parts of Western Reserve and South Avenue. Dobbins Road will be shut down during Obama's speech as well.
Early Morning: Continuing his "Betting on America" campaign in Ohio, the President had breakfast this morning with three tire workers from the Goodyear facility in Akron.
