UPDATED: Hermitage police arrest suspects in armed robbery

HERMITAGE, Pennsylvania - Police surrounded a Hermitage restaurant looking for suspects in a Shenango Valley Mall armed robbery.

Authorities say two armed men held up the King's Jewelry store late Monday morning.

The Mercer County Special Response Team evacuated the Applebee's restaurant when they learned one of the suspects was inside.

Police stormed the restaurant's bathroom and arrested 40- year-old Terrance Jackson of Columbus, Ohio. They also found jewelry in the bathroom.

Investigators say no one was hurt in the robbery.

Police also arrested a second suspect, 23-year-old Anthony Jacobs of Columbus, Ohio, hiding in a dumpster near the Bob Evans restaurant.

The merchandise was returned to the business.
