Police believe a woman driving a black Mazda took the victim to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown on Tuesday afternoon.
They traced the car to an apartment on Brookwood Avenue in Boardman.
Police are questioning a woman found at that address.
There's no word on the identity or condition of the victim.
