Latest poles show the President leading in Ohio and Pennsylvania

Updated:

WASHINGTON, DC - By a vote of 244 to 185, the Republican led House of Representatives voted along party lines to repeal President Barack Obama's health care law.

But the election year move stands no chance in the Democratic controlled Senate.

The vote came two weeks after the Supreme Court ruled that the law,- Obama's signature domestic achievement, was constitutional.

Republicans say voters in November will have the final say.

The latest poll shows President Obama leading likely challenger Mitt Romney in the two important swing states of Ohio and Pennsylvania.

A Quinnipiac University poll shows Obama leading Romney in Ohio 47 to 38 percent and in Pennsylvania, Obama tops Romney 45 to 39 percent.
