BROOKFIELD, Ohio - A boil advisory is in effect for parts of Brookfield Township until further notice.
The advisory includes all Trumbull County Water customers on 10 streets in Brookfield. The streets include Yankee Run Road, Lincoln Avenue, Valley View Drive, Lee Drive Northeast, Lynita Drive, Crestwood Drive NE, Springdale Drive, Sunnydell Drive, Northview Drive and Wildwood Drive.
A boil advisory means all tap water to be used for drinking or other ingestion should be heated to a rolling boil for three to five minutes.
The advisory was issued by the Trumbull County Sanitary Engineer's office.
