Eddie Rohan, who's a former Ursuline standout who later played at Winthrop College, will be with the Brooklyn Cyclones this weekend when they play the Mahoning Valley Scrappers.
Rohan was drafted by the New York Mets in the 50th round last year and was with the Port Saint Lucie Mets in Florida.
This unexpected move gives him a chance to play in front of family and friends.
The Scrappers and Cyclones play a three game series starting Saturday.
