Parole denied for man accused of killing Trumbull County principal

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A parole board has decided that the killer of a Trumbull County school principal will not get out of prison and he won't have another parole hearing for five more years.

On Thursday, the board denied parole for John W. Smith who is serving a fifteen year to life sentence for murder.

Smith was convicted of the 1991 beating death of Howland Springs principal Larry Graber.
