YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A former Canfield business owner convicted of numerous felonies including corrupting a minor with drugs and illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material is back in jail after a parole violation.

The Mahoning County Sheriff's office says Trent Rapp, who owned the Canfield Dairy Queen, violated his parole after trying to personally contact a victim and he is currently back in jail.

Rapp was sentenced to five years community control, and had to register as a sex offender for the next 15 years after he was found guilty of numerous felonies.

He will be held in jail until his next hearing, scheduled August 22.
