NILES, Ohio - A coroner's report has ruled that a body found in a swampy area in Niles was that of 28-year-old Jorry Palm who was reported missing in June.

Palm's car had been located in the area Tuesday by a helicopter that was flying by, only two miles from his mother's home.

Detectives say Palm was last seen at an Akron bar at about 2:30 in the morning. He was then spotted in Austintown about an hour later.

Family members say Palm was an all around "good guy" who regularly kept in touch with family.

He was a Kent State graduate working as a software engineer in Akron.
