YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A week long campaign to raise money and supplies for children in the Youngstown City Schools ended on Sunday with a motorcycle run.

Nearly 150 riders expressed interest in the second annual ride. However, the rain kept many people away. Although, because of many generous donations there were no overhead costs for the event. All proceeds will be donated to the cause.

"It's about the kids. It's about helping the kids. So it doesn't matter if you live in Warren or Howland. We had guys from Erie and Columbus coming. Due to the weather, they are not making it. But everybody pulls together," said Tools for Schools motorcycle run coordinator Beth Redmond.

The ride went from Youngstown to Andover, which is about 45 miles north of the city.
