BOARDMAN TOWNSHIP, Ohio - An Austintown man was killed after being hit by two vehicles Monday night in Boardman.

Thirty-three-year-old Robert Boak of Austintown was walking on Midlothian Boulevard in front of the Schwebel's building just before 11:00 p.m. when he was hit by a Dodge Neon driven by Barbara Pusser of Struthers.

Boak was hit again by a Ford Taurus driven by Dennis Lehman of Boardman.

Boak was rushed to the hospital, but died from the injuries.

No one has been charged in Boak's death; however Barbara Pusser now faces charges after giving false information to authorities at the scene of crash.
