NEW CASTLE, Pennsylvania - Authorities in New Castle have arrested a suspect wanted for the August 3rd murder of a Youngstown man.
Police arrested Marcus Best who has been in the Mercer County Jail since August 6th for a probation violation.
The 24-year-old New Castle Man faces multiple charges including the homicide of 36-year-old Marcus Smith who was fatally wounded outside the Elks Club on Moravia Street.
Witnesses told police the shooting followed an argument.
