WARREN, Ohio - A Valley drive-in movie theater received some much needed extra business on Friday.
The Youngstown Cash Mob spent the evening taking in a couple movies at the Elm Road Triple Drive-In Theatre in Warren.
The drive in is being forced to change over all their projectors to digital which owners say is a very costly venture.
Cash Mob members decided to head to the concession stand since that's where the theater is able to make its profit.
"I'm a big fan of the nostalgia of it all. My parents brought me here when I was real young. I know a lot of people who have grown up in the area and it would be an absolute tragedy to lose a great treasure," said Dennis Hager from the Youngstown Cash Mob.
Elm Road Triple Drive-In hopes to make the digital changeover next spring, just in time for their 63rd season.
They'll need to purchase three new digital projectors or they'll be forced to close since movie companies will no longer make film copies of their movies.
