The Mercer County Pandemic Committee will offer free flu and pneumonia shot clinics for adults, 18 and over, at three locations on October 13.
The clinics will be at Grove City Middle School, 100 Middle School Drive, Grove City; Greenville Area High School, 9 Donation Road, Greenville, Pa.; and Artman Elementary School, 411 N. Hermitage Road, Hermitage, Pa.
The committee is seeking clinical and non-clinical volunteers to work that day. Interested persons may contact Dyana Thompson at 724-662-1550, ext. 162. The clinics, cosponsored by the Community Health Partnership of Mercer County and the Mercer County Area Agency on Aging, will be open from 9 a.m. to noon, but could close early if shots are exhausted before the scheduled closing time. If transportation is needed, call Mercer County Community Transit at 800-222-8797.
