Law suit could be dropped in Mercer County over political billboard

MERCER COUNTY, Pennsylvania - Leaders of a Mercer County political party are offering to drop a lawsuit filed against the Great Stoneboro Fair Board.

The suit filed by Northeast Democrats claims the board covered, then removed a political billboard to prevent fairgoers from seeing an ad for congressional candidate Missa Eaton.

Democrats say they'll drop the suit if they get a $600 reimbursement, an apology, the sign restored, and two fair board members resign.
