MAHONING COUNTY, Ohio - Voters in Ohio are getting their chance to cast an early ballot for president, U.S. Senate and other races.
Early voting for the November election started Tuesday with Ohioans able to vote by mail or in person without having to give a reason.
Long lines of voters formed Tuesday morning at the Mahoning County Board of Elections. Ohio's elections chief Jon Husted says local boards have received more than 922,000 absentee ballot applications as of Friday.
About 30 percent of Ohio's total vote came in ahead of Election Day in 2008.
