YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A Youngstown shooting victim has died and becomes the city's 22nd murder victim this year.
Fifty-seven-year-old Mark Haskins died on Saturday afternoon.
Haskins was shot several times on Wednesday at the corner of Bissell and Kensington.
He told police the person who shot him was driving a green truck.
Witnesses say there was an argument before the shooting.
