YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A bartender at a Youngstown bar that lost its liquor license has been arrested for serving alcohol.

According to a police report, 31-year-old Bobbi Kosmo, a bartender at The Coconut Grove on 3229 South Avenue, was cited for serving alcohol to a person who would later reveal himself to be a police officer.
