Teen wearing "Joker" mask sparks panic inside Colorado movie theater

A late night movie turned terrifying for a group of Boulder, Colorado moviegoers when a teenager pulled a prank early Sunday morning.

Several people fled the theater in a panic when the 17-year-old entered wearing a Joker mask, which immediately brought to mind accused theater shooter James Holmes.

Holmes dyed his hair and police say he called himself the joker at a midnight showing of the latest Batman movie on July 20.

Twelve people died and 58 were hurt.

    COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - A judge has ruled that a 16-year-old central Ohio boy will be tried as an adult in a shooting that left one man dead and another wounded two days before Christmas. Franklin County Juvenile Court Judge Elizabeth Gill transferred the teen's case to adult court on Tuesday, ruling that he cannot be rehabilitated in the juvenile system.
