Investigation continues in deadly Warren shooting

WARREN, Ohio - Police have brought in a third man for questioning in the deadly Sunday morning shootout in Warren, but the lead detective says that man was released.

That shooting in Warren's business district left one dead and one injured.

A Trumbull County jail officer says both 21-year-old Reginald Baldwin and 25-year-old Dale Hatch are still behind bars, charged with felonious assault.

Sources tell 21 News charges against one suspect will be dropped while charges for the other suspect will be upgraded to murder.

    A new administrator will oversee operations and purchases made in Trumbull County.
