LAPCO Manufacturing Inc. foresees demand for the flame-resistant overalls across a wide variety of industries.

Morgan City, LA (PRWEB) November 17, 2012

LAPCO Manufacturing, Inc., would like to announce one of its newest product offerings, Nomex® Coveralls.

This is just one new offering that LAPCO is introducing to provide a more diverse and complete line of safety apparel for the many industries it serves. Safety apparel made with Nomex® fabric is used across the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, and utility industries, said LAPCO Inside Sales Manager, Lani Stinnett.

LAPCO’s new Nomex® coveralls will also appeal to the uniform and industrial laundry sectors, for its durability and inherent thermal protection properties that cannot be washed away.

In order to make this great new product a reality, LAPCO Manufacturing, Inc., has collaborated with Springfield, LLC. Springfield’s Synergy Nomex® IIIA material gives LAPCO’s Deluxe Coveralls even more durability and comfort. The material has a SAABA finish said by Springfield to be “…a premium, soil-release finish that gives the wearer pre-washed softness without the loss of protective performance. Superior breathability and optimized moisture management to keep you cooler, drier and more comfortable.”

Constructed with 4.5oz. Nomex® iiia, SAABA finish, LAPCO's new flame-resistant, deluxe coveralls also feature:

  •     Lightweight Durability
  •     Triple needle stitching on inseams, out seams, and arm seams
  •     Elastic on back waist
  •     Pencil pocket on left arm
  •     Zippered chest pockets and zippered left back pocket to keep items secure
  •     Sewn with Nomex® thread
  •     Brass zippers with Nomex® tape
  •     Covered snaps for electric-arc protection

LAPCO's Nomex® coveralls meet or exceed the following certifications:

  •     ATPV 4.1 cal/cm²

  •     NFPA 70 E
  •     ASTM F 1506
