YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - For the second time in six months, a Youngstown home is the scene of a homicide.

Police say 18-year-old Tamarick Moore was found shot to death in a green Ford Explorer in the driveway at 240 East Avondale just before 9:00 a.m. Sunday morning.
