YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - One man has been arrested after fleeing from his vehicle on Saturday in the middle of Thornton Avenue in Youngstown.
According to police, Frank Bell was later found at a home on Logan Avenue where he was offering money to try to get the residents to hide him.
Bell was apprehended after he was found under the porch.
He is charged with aggravated burglary and obstructing official business.
