YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - U.S. Representative Bill Johnson was in the Valley on Monday afternoon talking healthcare.

He was here reminding supporters that he has not given up on his goal to repeal the President's healthcare law.

The congressman toured One Health Ohio in Youngstown.

The community health center is a nonprofit that primarily serves the uninsured and under-insured.

"Everyone is concerned about the rising cost of healthcare. How do we operate, how do we provide service, how do we see more patients at a lower cost, how do we make sure that our providers are able to get reimbursed at a rate that allows them to keep their practice open?" Johnson said.

The Presidents Affordable Care Act became law in 2010 with the intention to provide affordable insurance to millions of Americans without coverage.

Portions of the law will go into effect between now and 2014.
