COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Tayler Hill scored 23 points and the No. 16 Ohio State women pulled away in the second half for a 70-54 victory over St. Francis (Pa.) Tuesday night.

The Buckeyes (3-1) got double-figure scoring from four others. Amber Stokes had 12 points and Darryce Moore, Martina Ellerbe and Ameryst Alston added 10 apiece.

Despite that balance and Hill's sharpshooting, St. Francis (3-1) trailed just 32-29 at halftime. Then the Buckeyes began to wear down St. Francis.

Alexandra Williams led the Red Flash with 16 points before fouling out. Alexa Hayward chipped in 13 and Shene Fleming 11.

St. Francis, just 4 of 16 on 3-pointers, was whistled for 22 fouls to eight for Ohio State. The Buckeyes had a big edge at the foul line, going 17 for 28 to 6 of 8 for St. Francis. Hill (8 for 10) hit two more foul shots than the St. Francis team.
