NILES, Ohio - A grand jury will decide if a Girard man will go on trial for allegedly stealing over $20,000 from a high school football team booster club.

A judge in Niles Municipal Court sent a theft charge against 45-year-old James Mullen to the Trumbull County Grand Jury.

When Mullen was president of the Niles Frontliners he allegedly wrote un-authorized checks from the account of the group.
