PITTSBURGH (AP) - The ball isn't the only thing the Pittsburgh Steelers are having trouble holding onto these days.

A few more afternoons like Sunday's 20-14 gaffe-filled loss to the Cleveland Browns and the Steelers will be spending the playoffs at home. The Steelers turned it over eight times, including fumbles by four running backs and three interceptions by third-string quarterback Charlie Batch.

Pittsburgh's first 2-game losing streak since 2009 dropped the Steelers (6-5) into a tie with Cincinnati (6-5) for the second AFC wild-card spot with five weeks remaining. Pittsburgh travels to AFC North-leading Baltimore (9-2) next Sunday, where a loss would end any slim hopes of catching the Ravens for the division title.

Linebacker James Harrison says the last two weeks have left the Steelers "in a bit of a hole."
