NILES, Ohio – The Project: Feed Our Valley Holiday Concert was held Saturday at the Eastwood Mall in Niles.
Choirs from various Valley elementary and high schools performed throughout the day.
In addition to the entertainment, various groups made check presentations.
During the concert, $14,200 was collected for Second Harvest Food Bank. The Cafaro Foundation matched the first $10,000 collected bringing the grand total for the day to $24,200.
The money will be used to feed the less fortunate in Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties.
