YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A Poland chiropractor has been banned from treating Ohio's injured workers.
Dr. David Esarco pleaded guilty to workers compensation fraud for improper billing practices.
Investigators say he and his brother, Dr. John Esarco who faced similar charges, will have to pay the state $120,000 in restitution.
The two were accused of billing the Bureau of Workers Compensation for services not provided.
