YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The murder trial of Donovan Miller began on Thursday with the jury traveling to view the scene of the crime.

Miller is charged with aggravated murder in the September fatal shooting of 22-year-old Quest Wagoner at the victim's home on Inverness Avenue.

In court, Miller declined an offer to avoid trial and plead guilty to a reduced charge.

He is also charged with tampering with evidence and drug trafficking.
